How to Order/Payment Options
 
 We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also pay with a Personal check Money order denominated in U.S. dollars.

 You have 5 ordering options below:
 
 1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
 Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
 
 When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
 
 2. Order online BUT pay by Phone with credit card:
 If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number over the telephone. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply give us a call and tell us your Name, Order Confirmation Number, Credit Card Number and Expiration date.

 3. Order online BUT pay by Fax with credit card:
 If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number via the FAX. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply FAX US one page containing your full name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number and your complete: Credit Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) Credit Card Number and Expiration Date and CSV Number from back of your Credit Card.

 4. Order and Pay entirely by Phone:
 If you do not have a "forms capable browser" or you do not wish to order online using our SECURE Transaction Server, just give us a call at:

 5. Order online BUT pay by Personal Check or Money Order:
 If you prefer to pay with a Personal Check or Money Order you may do so. Simply complete and submit your full order online and select, pay by check or money order on the order form. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply mail us a Personal Check or Money Order made payable to SK Perfume for the full amount of your order.
